I would say that Mr. Pratik is very gentelmen person who never makes you feel uncomfortable & his wife too who was very kind in taking the measurements of my daughter's hands & legs, whole process was an amazing. Last but not the least, lighting in the frame was a surprising icing on cake for us as it complimentarly gifted by them. I n my wife loved to receive such an nice complimentary gesture from them.
